The artist studies his model, surrounded by all the fixtures of a well-appointed studio: a hanging lamp, a tiger-skin rug, even a piano. The print is in excellent condition with no discoloration or other damage. It is inked with a brownish-black color, and is on heavy paper, and is blank on the reverse. The plate impression is clearly visible. The margins are bigger than shown here, the print being about 17 inches by 11-1/2 inches; the image area is 12 inches by 8 inches.
