The frontispiece is generally the best print in a collection, and this image of the Lower Lough Erne, Ireland, is no exception. The original volume was published by Longman & Co. in 1838. The print is in excellent condition with no discoloration or other damage. It is on heavy paper, and is blank on the reverse. The margins are bigger than shown here, the print being about 10 inches by 6-1/2 inches; the image area is 4-1/4 inches in diameter. There are four pinholes near the edge, well away from the image area, where it was stitched into the original volume. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
